I am ordering a commissioned artwork with the following specifications:

I have enclosed photographs of the subject that I feel give an accurate depiction, and understand that the artist is limited by what I send. I agree that the artist has full permission to use these photographs, and that they are not under any copyright.

I understand that the artist retains all copyright to the image produced, and that I may not reproduce the image without prior permission.

I have enclosed a 25% deposit, and understand the balance is due before the work is shipped.

Artworks on paper include a mat with my choice of color.
